What customers are saying about our beef...
"John and I are really enjoying our latest delivery! If I never
have to buy meat at a grocery store again it will be too
soon!
Thanks! S. Mayfield"
"Hey Lance. I bought a T-bone from you at the market
today. I had it for supper and it was amazing. I cooked it
slowly like you suggested and it was perfectly done at
medium. The flavor was the best I have ever had. I'll have to
try some of your other products next week.
Cheers, M. Sutherland"
"Hi Lance! I've been reading so much lately about what is
being added to our food supply via beef and quite honestly I
was really wondering what my family could eat that might
be healthy. The steak, which was cut into strips and used
in a stir fry, didn't have the "smell" of grocery store bought
beef when cooked. What I noticed most was that the beef
tasted to me like what I used to eat when I was a child (I'm
only 40 yrs old). The beef strips were absolutely tender and
mouth watering! I will be placing a freezer order when I have
funds available.
Sincerely, R. Link".
Wild Mountain Farm beef is from Galloway,
Hereford, and Angus cattle, heritage breeds
renowned for their flavorful and tender
meats and naturally designed to do their
best on grass pastures. We raise the
animals on grass and grass-hay their entire
lives because we believe 100% grass-fed
beef is healthier and safer--and now
abundant science backs this claim.
Customers find this beef is tender,
delicious, and juicy. The beef is dry-aged
two to three weeks to achieve the
traditional eating quality no longer available
in the big grocery stores. We never feed
antibiotics to our cattle and we never give
growth hormone implants--there really is no
need on the green earth for that! The
pastures and haylands are fertilized by the
animals--as per the original model!
This is great beef, safe beef--real beef. The
animals live as cattle have for millennia; the
beef tastes like it's supposed to!
Grass-Fed Beef
"There's a reason it tastes better--we've
been eating grass-fed for a long time!"
